  • Worship

    We’ll spend time together in prayer, scripture, and song.

  • Vision Casting

    This year, we are going to focus on some of the big changes we have for our congregation in 2025.

  • Rest and Relaxation

    The schedule will be light - with plenty of nap opportunities. Someone will watch the kids!

  • Hanging out and Having Fun

    Sledding, snow tubing, broomball, indoor games, and trips into town!

Rates

  • Accommodation: Delap*

    $255 per person (single) and $210 per individual for couples (total $420) for 2 nights and all meals included (buffet style)

    *Linens and towels are included.

    *Subject to change based on final numbers

    We will use McDonald as overflow if we cannot accomodate everyone in Delap, but individual rates for McDonald are $170 (this price includes linens).

  • Accommodation: Premium Housing in Delap*

    Includes: 2 nights and all meals included (buffet style)

    $672/Family of 5+

    *No charge for children ages 0-4, and these children are not included in the size of the family for billing purposes

    Includes: 2 nights and all meals included (buffet style)

    *McDonald will only be used for overflow if we do not all fit in Delap.

  • We don’t want finances to be a barrier for anyone. A subsidized rate is available based on need.

    Don’t need a scholarship, but what to help? Donate to the scholarship fund below to help cover the cost for someone else. Our scholarship fund is also used to cover the cost of things like tuition for those studying to be in ministry.

ONLINE BILL PAYMENT THROUGH YOUR BANK

Most banks have a free option to send a check by mail through your online banking account. Your bank will electronically generate a check and send it through the mail to the Holy Trinity Church office.
