A Life of Mercy

The entire family of HTC has experienced the mercy of God in Christ Jesus; thus, we place a high value on extending God's mercy to others in need. This value of extending mercy goes to the core of our being. We want to see the love of Jesus extended to every neighborhood in our city. This is the foundation of our Mercy Ministry.

  • Administer Justice is a non-profit organization that partners with churches to help provide low-cost legal aid through caring teams of volunteers. In September of 2021 we launched our Gospel Justice Center on the North Side with the aid and partnership of Administer Justice.

  • Chicagoland Prison Outreach has been sharing the love of Christ with prisoners and families of prisoners since 1994. CPO works to tangibly communicate the Gospel to Cook County and state prison inmates and their loved ones in a way that gives them real hope and encouragement. HTC North Side has partnered with Chicagoland Prison Outreach since August 2022.

  • Exodus World Service mobilizes the Christian community to welcome and befriend refugees. We do this by educating churches and individuals about the plight of refugees, connecting volunteers with refugees through practical service projects, and empowering people to be champions for refugees.
